I've heard good things about the "Treehouse of Horror" series. We should watch it maybe?

If you've never seen it, then it's a foregone conclusion.

I used to loooove creepshow 2 as a kid. Then I grew up, realized what was happening and would cover my eyes. Damn you, hitchhiker!

It's Christmas time, the time that is most associated with the holiday of Christmas! So I was thinking we should watch some traditional Christmas movies! By traditional, I mean personally traditional. Of course since it's likely they are gonna be watched at some point because of the very fact they are traditional (maybe to the point where they are hated!), I'm leaving it up to you guys if you think it's a worthwhile theme. I don't know traditional movies of .the Silly one or the Human/Meaty/Puppety one, so I'll need to know those if you're interested

Actually, yours has more Time Allen than that... but there is at least one murder!

It's not exactly traditional, but we have watched Christmas Evil as a family at Christmas time. My dad has it on a DVD that includes Santa Claus Conquers the Martians.

The only tradition for movies that my family has is that we watch A Christmas Story all day Christmas day and that's all that can be watched. No exceptions. I'm positive that's a movie everyone watches at some point this time of year, so I vote we watch Die Hard because it's Christmasy, right?

Die Hard is the best Christmas movie.
Except maybe for Jingle All the Way.

Unless told otherwise, I am playing A Christmas Story and The Santa Clause cause both those fit my intent. Mine is Home Alone 2, I'll wait to see if Tres feels like watching hers, and also wait to see if Silly has one that fits this here thing. If everyone hates the idea, though, other Christmas movies are fine.

I don't hate the idea, it's actually a really good idea, I just didn't think anyone really wanted to see A Christmas Story for the billionth time.

My family's tradition is Jingle All The Way every Christmas Eve... But Since I can only stand to watch that so many times in my lifetime, I am going to have to volunteer Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer instead. Or maybe How The Grinch Stole Christmas (not the Jim Carey one,) or even Muppet Christmas Carol works. I haven't seen either of those in forever.

Sorry I'm late. Typically as a family, we all go around ignoring each other while I alone watch A Christmas Story. Fake confided in me that he hates that movie with a passion, so I think we should watch it TWICE.
I also loooove the Home Alone movies. Both of 'em. But I'm up for pretty much anything.
ooohooohohoho I forgot. Mickey's Christmas Carol. We [meaning I] watched this all the time too. It's only 30 minutes, so it's great filler while we argue over what to watch next.
